But why is it that so many of us look forward to the destination, but dread the journey?
Our wonderings led us to conduct a piece of research exploring how people react to flights as emotional human experiences.
The topic of our second instalment of Culture Connects panel discussions was ‘Reinventing the Airline Experience’, that took place on Thursday 7th November 2019 from 6.30PM – 8PM at Huckletree Shoreditch.
Joining the panel were representatives from British Airways, All Nippon Airways, Black Tomato and a psychologist.
